Simon is the Chief Operating Officer of Oceanic Consulting Group (OCG), bringing more than 25 years of experience across banking, fintech, and capital markets. He specialises in scaling high-growth businesses, aligning operations with regulatory obligations, and delivering strategic transformation across complex environments.
Simon has held senior leadership roles across institutional banking, market infrastructure, and advisory firms. He has led multi-million-dollar portfolios, national teams, and the delivery of compliance-led solutions across both private and public sectors. As COO, Simon oversees OCG’s global operations, delivery capability, and commercial performance.
