Education & humanitarian support

Supporting education and essential infrastructure

OCG supports education and humanitarian initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on practical, lasting outcomes.

  • Bangka Island, Indonesia:
OCG funded and coordinated repairs to a local orphanage and school, including the replacement of a damaged roof to ensure safe learning and living conditions for children.

  • Ongoing engagement with local partners to ensure support is delivered responsibly and directly to those in need.

Veterans & service recognition

Honouring service and sacrifice

OCG supports organisations that recognise and preserve the legacy of service personnel and medical staff who served in Australia and the region.

  • Support for Australian war graves and nursing memorial initiatives, ensuring service and sacrifice are respectfully acknowledged and maintained for future generations.

Long-term social impact

Long-term support for families and children

OCG believes meaningful impact comes from sustained commitment, not one-off gestures.

  • Ongoing support of two children through The Smith Family for more than five years, contributing to education, stability and opportunity over the long term.

Environmental responsibility

Environmental and community stewardship

OCG participates in environmental initiatives such as Clean Up Australia, supporting local efforts to care for shared public spaces and promote environmental responsibility.

Community safety & wellbeing

Improving safety where it matters

We invest in initiatives that improve everyday community safety and wellbeing, including:

  • Funding and installing automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in community locations to support rapid emergency response.

  • Supporting local health and safety initiatives aligned with community needs.

Diversity & inclusion

Commitment to inclusion and reconciliation

OCG is committed to building an inclusive workplace and contributing to broader social progress. In 2026, we will formalise this commitment through the development of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and participation in diversity-focused alliances that reflect our people, clients and communities.
